Dr. Brittany Schorr

Dr. Brittany graduated from Binghamton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York. She completed her training in pediatric dentistry at Cohen Children’s Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Brittany became a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry two years after completing her pediatric training.

While in dental school, Dr. Brittany traveled to Cambodia and Kenya where she treated children in remote villages who would otherwise have little or no access to care. The trip solidified what Dr. Brittany already knew: pediatric dentistry was her calling. As a child Dr. Brittany was a fearful dental patient. Her mission is to make what was a difficult experience for her, a pleasant experience for others. She is committed to making every visit to the dentist a wonderful experience for both patient and parent. She always treats her patients as she would want her own children treated.

In her free time, Dr. Brittany enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, trying new restaurants, and traveling. Dr. Brittany lives in Melville with her husband and her three children.
